The results speak for themselves.  The house went on sale on a Sunday afternoon and we had an offer the very next day.  During the time we were waiting for the offer to clear waivers, the house was shown every day and other offers were waiting in the wings should the financing fall through on the original offer.  By Friday, the waivers were cleared and the house sold.  In our opinion, we wouldn't have been able to generate the interest we did in our house had it not been for Sherry and her team.  She really has an eye for style and maximized the selling potential of the house.

Your advice was a key element in achieving the sale of my house, for my asking price and within only three weeks of it being on the market.  I recall being concerned at first at the amount of change you recommended.  However, your professional yet easy going manner soon won me over.

 

First, we uncluttered the house by removing all display items except for some carefully selected pieces.  This included storing all my family pictures!   Second, you advised putting many of my furnishings into short term storage.  Those changes really made my small house seem a great deal larger.  Third and by far the biggest change involved converting my basement workshop/office into a third bedroom.  After all this I was so impressed with the new openness and elegance my home I almost decided to stay!  I recall that many prospective buyers were most complimentary after visiting the house.
